I am FRUSTRATED. And again I am writing in here moreover because I am frustrated, not so much because I need to update. Sorry guys, I went from an everyday updater to updating only when I'm blowing off steam.
I went to a lecture on male sexual violence in sports. We talked about Kelly Hnida, first female placekicker in college football. She was molested by teammates and eventually raped by one, and of course the "good ol boys" network style people defended the boys and blamed the girl. The team's coach said that the boys would treat her according to ability, and these type of things happen. Coach Gary Barnett tried to deflect the charge by saying that Kelly was an "awful" player who couldn't "kick the ball through the uprights." "Kelly was not only a girl, she was terrible," he added, helpfully- as if this explained why someone would be raped.
The guy made some good points regarding the objectification of women, good points about men bonding through objectifying women and "fag bashing". He talked about the boys on aggressive teams making an erotic bond through watching porn and strippers together- an aggressive erotic bond that makes gang rape more likely, and encourages silence between members if they know a rape or molestation occurs. It increases the likelihood of violence against women- sexual and physical.
And I'm at the end of my rope. Seriously being in Chico is bad for my head- there are girls running around making this objectification more possible, there are girls that buy into it so much so that if they aren't being objectified, they don't feel that they are "worth anything" in our society. So if you couldn't go and be a successful stripper down at Centerfolds, you are not worth these idiots time. If your hair is not blonde and your tits aren't bouncing-
fuck that. Fuck the culture that makes this neccesary. And fuck all the guys who claim they have some natural facination with tits- that it isn't something culturally imparted.
Because we learn from other cultures that don't give a rats ass about tits but are obsessed with small feet, hair or kneecaps that what is seen as erotic is what we are told and convinced is erotic- so all the guys who act like it's their natural carnal need to view this kind of stuff piss me off. It pisses me off that so many in this damn town think by virtue of the fact that they are men they have free reign to stare at any girls tits, make sexist comments, and that their perversity is natural and neccesary to being a HETEROSEXUAL MALE.
AHHH. I want to burn down every strip club in this town. I want to track down every girl who works at those clubs and slap them. I want to fly around the world breaking webcams and reminding girls that they perpetuate the problem- and tear down the porn off the walls of America's perverts and remind them that if they put in as much time into being good to a girl they would be getting some for real instead of spanking it to internet photos of slutty chicks masturbating or showing off their designer vagina.
Okay so I'm ranting. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some man hating SEX IS BAD person- but I think all this fake as hell objectification and being obsessed with boobs and asses is stupid- if your getting off to something where you don't like or care about the person- it's stupid.
